Facebook keeps on rolling out new annoying interfaces and we keep on finding way arounds to get the old interfaces back.In this post,we gonna discuss about how to restore old facebook chat.This trick can bring back the old facebook chat only in Google Chrome and Firefox.

So here how it works.



- FireFox -



Step 1 - Download Greasemonkey Addon.[In one of my previous post i gave you the tricks how to download and install Greasemonkey on you browser.Click HERE]



Step 2 - Restart your browser



Step 3 - Install Facebook Sidebar Chat Revision Script. Click HERE [Click on green install button at Top-Right]



- Google Chrome -



Google Chrome browsers supports user-scripts by default.



Step 1 - Install Facebook Sidebar Chat Revision Script. Click HERE [Click on green install button at Top-Right]



Now you can login to Facebook and use old Facebook chat interfaces,however this tricks can't fully bring old facebook chat interfaces back.But it may much convienent for you when using facebook chat..



UPDATE [ 09 August 2011 ]



Are you having problem in understanding and following the above steps ?



You can have your OLD FACEBOOK CHAT BACK just with a click now but you're required to login before even able to access and chat with your friends :)
