Earth Hour is a global event organized by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature, also known as World Wildlife Fund) and is held on the last Saturday of March annually, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change - wikipedia.org

Date : 26th March 2011
Time : 8.30 till 9.30 p.m

Remember, the Earth Hour is not just about switching off the lights or our electrical appliances off for 60 minutes but its beyond than that. Its a campaign to create or raise the awareness of our duty to protect the earth at any cost. :)

Some feels you can't achieve anything by doing it just for the 60 minutes, yeah but it is just the beginning. Its always better than doing nothing. This 60 minutes could lead to a great awareness which brings more positive actions toward the climate change problem.

p.s Just switch off as many as the lights and electrical appliances you can and don't burn any candle as it only undo all your effort in making the earth, a better place to live and even turn it more worst as it causes in an increase in carbon emissions.
